Technician Films specializes in providing cinematography and critical on-location services globally to production companies, broadcasters, producers, directors, corporations and all those in the business of content creation. Technician Films was born out of Atlanta in 2012 at the beginning of the Georgia production boom with the goal of streamlining day-of-shoot logistics for content creators. Today we conduct a large amount of our work nationwide and internationally. We have managed shoots in 13 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Central America and several Island Nations.
With a core focus on cinematography, we provide on-the-ground production services and are designed to handle shoots ranging from commercials and multi-camera interviews to branded content and image campaigns.

OUR ROOTS:
We help manage a range of services for our clients. Our bread and butter is cinematography, but we also book and payroll crew, source gear, design and manage set builds, secure locations, arrange meals and catering, coordinate and book transportation and security details… almost any reasonable thing you need done we can do. Our clients include major broadcasters, political campaigns, ad agencies, independent producers & directors and a host of corporations with internal creative departments who need to outsource production for a growing number of reasons. We assure consistent production standards and practices whether you are filming in Atlanta, Miami, New York, Seattle, London, Paris, Jamaica, Seoul or Costa Rica. We scale to client’s specific needs and make sure the production dollars get spent where they count most.
WHAT WE DO:
We can admit the parts of production that we dislike. The multi-bid process, overpromising & underdelivering, lack of transparency and seemingly endless gauntlets of repetitive meetings. We’re fairly certain that they’re not your favorite part of the process either. So while we love working with new clients and meeting new people, we also deeply value our repeat clients - where systems are learned, shorthand communication and efficiencies are maximized and most importantly - where trust is built. Hopefully we can become old friends. We want to be easy for you and to help you find solutions. You have enough hard things to do already.
